Threading; a better way to remove unwanted hairs

One of the major cosmetic problems faced by most of the people are the unwanted hairs. People do not like to have hair growth in upper lips, cheeks, eyebrows, legs and other body areas. The good thing is that there are several ways to remove unwanted hairs like threading, waxing, plucking, tweezing, sugaring, depilatories, creams, laser and electrolysis. Of all the techniques, threading is the simplest way of removing unwanted hairs.

Threading is an ancient method of removing hairs. Generally people use threading to give shape to eye brows, remove hair from the upper lips and other facial areas.

Threading is easy and safe and also economical. Threading involves the use of cotton thread and the thread is twisted and rolled along the surface of the skin entwining the hair in the thread, which is then lifted out from the follicle.

Threading is fast and less painful. Threading is safe. Unlike depilatories or waxing threading would not cause irritation and bring in skin rashes as the top layer of dead skin is not stripped off in Threading. Moreover, threading is less painful than other methods like plucking, waxing and tweezing.

After threading, hairs grow back only after three to eight weeks, which means that the process has a longer lasting effect than other methods.
